Shipping and Return Policy

Refund/Return Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 10 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 10 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way -within 10 calendar days of the delivery date (after 10 days no returns are allowed) -must not be a special order or a custom order -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 10 days noted in that item's particular item description. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Behind Bars Race Cars reserves the right to design, change, modify ,or alter its parts. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 10 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we may package smaller items together. Therefore, the shipping rate that is shown during checkout may differ from the actual charges. This will be reflected on your invoice. Orders to be shipped within 48 contiguous United States are sent by UPS ground.

Ground shipping: Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Those orders will be shipped out the following Monday.

Out of stock: You will be contacted via E mail or phone if you ordered an out of stock item and we do not expect it in stock over 48 hours. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again. If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.

Cancellations Behind Bars Race Cars Inc. processes and ships in-stock orders within 1 - 3 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed. There is a 15% cancellation fee on special-order items.
